HoshNova AI provides an AI agent that answers questions from documents you supply, captures leads from those conversations, and hands off to your team when configured to do so.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for making sure you have the right to use it.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account and API keys.

An organization owner may invite team members and assign roles. Owners are responsible for the access they grant.

Paid plans are billed for the period shown at checkout. Usage limits for each plan are enforced by the service and are visible on your billing page.

Where the configured payment gateway does not support recurring charges, each period is paid separately and the plan reverts to Free when a period lapses without renewal.

If a payment is completed but the plan is not applied, contact us and we will correct it or refund the payment.

Do not use the service to break the law, to upload content you do not have rights to, or to deceive the people talking to your agent about who or what they are talking to.

Do not attempt to access another organization's data, bypass usage limits, or disrupt the service for others.

The agent answers from the documents you provide and cites what it used. It can still be wrong or incomplete, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing what your agent tells your customers and for keeping your knowledge base accurate and current.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages, and network conditions can interrupt it.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
